On site Project Engineer for $15 million flood control project in Harlan, Ky.  Duties included working with the Corps of Engineers on P3 scheduling, pay applications, submittals, contract disputes, change orders, and dealing with the public.  It additionally included coordination of all vendors and subcontractors.

 

·         Replaced on site Project Manager on a failing project.

·         Took control of the submittal process, and got it on track for a successful completion.

·         Found an additional $1.5 million in additional revenue due to change orders that had previously not been dealt with ensuring successful financial completion.
